Making an appointment

Consultations are possible after making an appointment. You can make an appointment through ‘uwzorgonline’.

If you download the app you can change the language into English in the app (under ‘instellingen’). The website uwzorgonline.nl is only in dutch.

You can also phone us for an appointment on working days between 09.30-11.30.

House visits

If you are unable to come to the practice, the general practitioner can also visit you at home. The doctor will determine whether a house call will be made. It is not to be used by those who just don’t have the time or transportation to come to the normal consultation at the practice. You can call between 9.30 and 11.30 to the practice for a house visit.

Results from laboratory or radiology can be seen in ‘uwzorgonline’ or you can phone us between 9.30 and 11.30.
